Turville Precision Castings can produce non-ferrous castings up to 250 kilograms using a variety of sand casting and die casting processes. We use aluminium, brass, copper and bronze to custom make your castings to your specifications. We’re a small foundry offering personalised service, and because we control all aspects of the process we deliver a superior precision casting every time.

A Range of Techniques

Turville Precision Castings uses a range of processes to make castings of high quality and integrity. We use:
  • Green sand moulding – one of the most cost effective and efficient methods that yields high quality castings
  • Chemically bonded sand moulding – used for large castings because of its high stability
  • Gravity die casting – one of the oldest known processes which involves pouring molten metal into a mould using only gravity
  • Rotational moulding – a mould is filled with molten metal and slowly rotated so the contents disperse and stick to the interior walls of the mould
